wii u nanddump not working

my wii u nanddump is not working. the opt.bin and seeprom.bin works fine but when the slc.bin finishes it says error (rebooting) then i put the sd card in my pc and it says that slc is coruptted and there is no slccmpt. ive tried multiple times but is never works

it is a 64 gig sdxc card in fat32

never mind i used a different sd card because it thinks it is 512 mb the new one works
