Hardware Wii U - eShop and Spoofed FW

I am on 5.3.2 and looking for a walkthru or help (a safe way) so I can access the eShop and buy games, and be able to back them up (in case of a fire).

Can anyone help me with that?

What do you do at home, specifically listing that and only that reason to back up?
