i tried it 3 times without any luck still not working for me still 31% and reboot
My brother told Nintendo Tech about this solution and they have called a few people and they have had some success, others not.
The other thing to do waleed is to input your internet settings manually.
1. SSI
2. Security type
Open up
cmd in your computer, type in
ipconfig to get the following information:
3. IP address
4. Subnet mask
5. Default gateway
Sorry I would of given a more step by step process in front of the Wii U, but I'm at work.
However, use this link:
http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/sy...enu=how_to&submenu=wup-online-ht-dns-settings
Has the information to set it up manually (click on How to Manually Enter IP Address Settings). I would try putting your settings manually and with Google's DNS instead of your own DNS (don't tick auto-obtain and see if it works).

Let me know if you're successful. Nintendo Tech said some were, others weren't, so they're still waiting on a solution.
I would advise to call them and let them know as they will update you if there's progress.
Also, if it's successful, it's recommend to change the DNS back to your ISP provider so there's no issues of lagging online.
