Holy Shit! It's crazy how after all these years you still answer support questions!you need to edit the ipl_common_noe.bmg file to remove the old text.
you will need to edit the it_ObjSetUp_a.brlyt from the setupsel arc to make the images semi transparent
i have had the issue with the glow before but i cant remember what was the fix what base did you start with ?

If you can get the frame count down to 36 frames I have the files needed that you need to addHi. I'm working on making a custom Wii menu theme. I'm using the Wii Theme Team base pack folder and I'm trying to change this image. It's the image for the empty channel slot with the static. I changed it with a GIF I made that has 40 frames, but when I install the theme with My Menuify, it only plays the first 4 frames. I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to change the number of frames for this image, or if that isn't possible with the Wii Theme Team Base pack. Can someone please let me know?
Ok, I tried the steps you gave me, and it only shows the first frame for the image. I made sure the frame count was 36, I changed the lines starting from simg3014 and added all the lines from your ini file up to simg3049, and I also added the sdta3002 file to the base. And as for the brlyt, there was just one file in it, so I added it to the other files in the base folder for fear that my Wii might brick without all those other files. Other than that, the only thing I didn't do was change the dimensions of the image to match what was in your ini.If you can get the frame count down to 36 frames I have the files needed that you need to add
there are a few changes that you will need to make to the base pack ini file to get it working
you need to replace the lines starting with simg3014 through simg3017 with all the simg lines from this new ini
you need to add the sdta3002 from this new ini to the base ini
you need to copy the brlyt folder from this zip to the base pack
and ensure your images are named frame01 frame02 and so on
please message me if you have any problems
Your best bet would be to use FFMPEG to create a GIF file.Hi. I'm working on making a custom Wii menu theme. I'm using the Wii Theme Team base pack folder and I'm trying to change this image.
