first off, holding reset doesn't take u to bootmii, it takes u 2 priiloader
if u have bootmii installed as boot2 (which u probably don't, but u haven't performed the test I've asked u to, or at least haven't reported results) it should start up to bootmii as long as u have an sd card inserted that has a "bootmii" folder on it with all the right files inside it, make sure the bootmii.ini has autoboot set to disabled
