**UPDATE**

Loading cfg loader BEFORE the SM start ( from bootmii > HBC )
Also results in the error.

I think this means it's not playlog related.
Next I'm going to do a Wii format.

I'll keep you posted.

Formatting the the Wii's memory fixed my isseu!
After format I reinstalled my HBC and custom channels.

EXCELLENT!

So the file system must have been f****d up all the time.

So what you are saying is that everyone who can replicate this problem has a f****d up wii memory? And if so, why??

I have no idea... but it helped me with my problem.
I could have something to do with priiloader and his SM hacks not being able to revert to it's original valeus...
But i'm just guessing.
Could also have something to do with installing/removing lots of wads/channel lately.
I've been messing around with various cios configs and custom channels a lot lately.
Who knows?

Could also be a problem with the save games.

I've had a similar problem before concerning Wiiconnect and Wiispeak. Formatting the memory helped too.
At this point I'm unable to replicate the problem.

Wich means in my case this is fixed.
Unplugging the Wii or reinstalling a SM ios is'nt needed anymore.

Well, it leaves me wondering if it would not be just good measure then to periodically reset the memory... almost like you tune up your car. I just recently updated my wii from old settings and have no idea what got overwritten and what got left behind (ie: what is or could be just sitting there, useless not even being used or maybe, and worry-some, waiting to do harm...). I assume that formating the memory leaves you in a state of having to completely start over with regards to softmodding - ie: re-install HBC etc. Please verify and advise as I am wondering if after doing such a massive upgrade via modmii if this would not be a good idea for me to perform as well (and maybe for other users who do a lot of changes/upgrades).

I had this corrupted system files message once when returning from M&S winter Olympics to wii menu. It was simply fixed by just unplugging the console.
I was using cfg loader r62, return_to_channel = wii menu, write_playlog enabled and priiloader 0.4 loading to system menu.
Do you have write_playlog enabled?

I had a similar problem using CFG USB Loader when i tryied to use 'write_playlog = 1', i had to turn off and on and wii returns normal and then i removed the writeplaylog option. I saw first that system corrupt message when i deleted the oficial wii fit channel, i dont know if there any reason.
