Hacking WII - Switch Region NTSC -> PAL

Hello,

I have an NTSC WII and I'd like to switch it's region from NTSC to PAL in order to enable SCART (RGB) output. I have a Sony PVM I'd like to hook it up to. This is a WII I got from a friend and she never really used it and its still an early firmware so I'd planned on using ModMii for Windows by XFlak to perform a sofmod.

1. Is it possible to switch the region from NTSC to PAL
2. If it is - how would I do it?

It's not as easy as it looks. Entering the wrong settings can brick your wii so be very careful.

Right. Well, I just want to change the WII's region from NTSC to PAL, so I would only need to alter the VIDEO setting correct?
