So my Wii is running Homebrew, and for some time I've had a problem where the screen flickers constantly, blacks out for a moment, comes back, blacks out, etc. Even when it works the initial black loading screen tends to have a few artifacts.
I thought I had it worked out as interference from the HDD I plug into it (the case is removed off the HDD), so it sits away from the Wii now...
Anyway, tonight I was having trouble syncing the remotes, the Wii seemed to be glitching and it would only sync one at a time (but the sync thing was acting a little weird....), tried rebooting, when it came back, the old flickering problem was goin on.
So, any idea what could be happening? software or hardware?
I've tried different cables, and different TV sockets, and other devices work fine on the TV.
So perhaps it's the homebrew setup causing some problems? It's been so long since I set it all up that I don't remember anything at all, so what would be the best way to go about fixing this?
It's pretty much leaving my Wii unplayable at the moment...
