It tells you how to fix WSR in the USB Loader GX online manual. It's in section 10a of the manual, which you can find on the USB Loader GX thread. It involves using the alt.dol method. In fact, I just bought a WM+ a few hours ago and fixed the game to work.

You just need updated cIOS. The current version is rev16, which breaks NeoGamma but works fine for USB Loaders. There's also Hermes cIOS rev4 which works one a lot of games Waninkoko's cIOS doesn't (for example, FFCC: The Crystal Bearers works on Hermes but not on Waninkoko).

Was that your problem solved?

I'd say just use cIOS rev16. People bitch about it "breaking NeoGamma" as though it's the only current up-to-date disc loader. If you don't have a USB device (even a shitty little flash drive or the like), you can use uLoader (which is kept up to date). If you have a USB device, USB Loader GX has disc reading capabilities. If you're obsessed with NeoGamma then stay with rev14, but otherwise go to rev16.
