Okay if you can set to 6x when you get yours i'd recommend it, in 3x mode the mario kart title video had quite heavy lag i change the installation to d2 mode which is 6x and its perfect now
If you've burned the disc slower around 4x, then 6x is recommended. I suggest using good-quality DVD-R media like Verbatim or CMC Magnetics and a good drive.
I changed G but nothing happened and when I run Mario kart Wii (PAL) writed disk black page says an error occurred remove disk...

Infact my wii menu version is 4.3E

Hi everyone I finally success that unbrick my 003 wii with the modchiped drive. randomly my bricked 003 wii been USA region and fortunly modchip key set to usa region I think.
Because I try to boot mario kart wii PAL region on theother wii that has EUROPE wii menu. I write a good same as NTSC version for EUROPE edition. But disk wont run mario kart wii this time. Now I don't have any idea if what's exactly my issue? Bad write or something else like changing modchip solders for set it to pal region.
Modchip is the picture that last post shows
D2epro a9+ its has two jumping point named : OP1 - OP2
Do you think their related to changing region?
Post automatically merged:
Oh yes if we jump op1 EUR region enabled
If both op1 and 2 free USA region enabled
Clearly two theother stat i mean 11 and 01 related to jpn and korean region
So this models isnt fully region free and we must use jumper option
