Hacking Wii mini swap disc?

The wii mini has a top loading dvd drive, so would it be possible to swap a disc midboot and replace it with another and run program to get the nand keys?

The "another" disk need to be a burned disk and the optical unit is not compatible with burned media, unless it's modded and it is not possible to mod the drive itself. You can swap the drive completely if you rewire the interface. By doing that you should be able to boot gamecube and backup identical copies. I think @DeadlyFoez will be doing something like that.
