Hacking Wii Menu 4.2 Released

Absolutely. The scene never really had an issue with buying Zelda back then to get the HBC on the system (and I am talking BEFORE custom IOSes to run backups). I was one of those guys. I literally jumped out and bought the game to get my homebrew fix

So, things have come full circle again and you'll need a game again to get the hacks in. Big deal. I'll probably go out and buy SSBB or Indy just for the heck of it...even tho I personally do not need it. Never know when I run across a v4.2 virgin wii however!

Yeah its true. Patched almost completely in a day. What a failure of an offensive. Probably cost them some money to develop all these patches too.

So there is a method to mod a VIRGIN 4.2 Wii now???

its a pivot animation just save as .gif

yep i agree and the good thing is smashstack may well prove to be the unbloackable exploit some have bosted it to be. If that turns out to be the case it will be well worth purchasing those games IMO.

(has the SSBB hack been done for all region consoles though? and curious if galaxy overflow was blocked?)

i hate the idea of having to buy the retail disk to rehack, i dont no if its the same for you guys but here in the UK TP, SSBB and proberly Indie all have the higher price tags than most of the games for the wii due the the fact they are can be used to install HBC

I Find This Funny... Nintendo's slogan is "Everyone's Game" but if it's EVERYONE GAME Why cant we have DLC in brawl And Mario Kart(Tracks and karts) to make it more unique? Why Cant we Develop Our OWN Games or Modify Games Such as SSBB? Microsoft Lets Us Develop Games and play them on their Console.. I Have their Program for It! Im just getting to want to learn C++ or C#. But 4 Now im stuck with Gamemaker 7 and DS Gamemaker... So its not 'Everyone's Game' They wont release a DVD (movie) Channel or DVD Watching Capabilities... Thats y i installed HBC in the First place! then i got into VC and Wii Ware then GC-Backups(mainly Hard-to-Find games like sonic adventure 2) now trying Wii Backups... Nintendo Doesnt Really know What they are Doing...

As far as I'm aware, it never existed. Apparently you can use the trick to manipulate what level you go to in the game, but it was said to not be capable of launching an external file.

Stack smash can run external code. It can load and run the hackmii installer.

TT said they have "3 or 4" more exploits ready, so I'm guessing a new HackMii Installer will be out pretty soon.
