Gaming Wii games cover from HDD

Hello.
I have got Wii and I installed homebrew with usb loader gx.
My pc have got wii back manager and I added my game and I downloaded covers. How to add cover to HDD without download from wii usb loader gx?

you download each cover independently, rename them with the code of the iso and put them in a covers folder
