That's actually good then. 'cause I thought it'd be a game where people won't even be sweating. That means they succeeded in doing what they want. I read up a lot of comments where people want to buy it because they want to lose weight.

played it with my family for about two hours and we all had a lot of fun! in fact it's more training than a game , especially the muscle training is hard and after three passages of push ups my arms we're shaking

so don't push it to hard

In the Netherlands we actually have those gym's. And they have Dance Dance Revolution, etc. too.

Haha, I thought Wii Fit would be a breeze. I'm glad its challenging.

Me too ... I did an hour yesterday, and an hour today, and I've lost 2.2lbs

... and I haven't changed my eating habits ...

could just be the time you weight yourself.

i find that I'm usually about 1kg heavier at night than in the morning.

)
i guess it probably can help people lose weight (i got no idea what kind of exercises it has you doing but i'm trusting you, +anyhitng is better than nothing...)
i am just of the opinion that nothing beats some real outdoor physical activity, whether it be a run, cycling, sports etc. (if you're trying to fitten up)

I find it really fund and a good way to exercise. I'll play it every day before go to school to see how I evolve (I want to gain some weight).

I've been playing the game since the Friday release here in the UK (last 3 days!).

I'm full of aches and pains from the all the programs, but its really good! It's pretty addictive, since you earn extra programs depending on the time you spend and how much you do...feels a bit like brain age, but kicks your butt!

Currently, BMI is at 23

Sounds like a good plan ... I have played it every day for an hour, in the afternoons .. but I may start to do it when I first get up.

When I get a Wii I'll buy this game in a jiffy!

Also, just give them time to get enough to put them in GYMs. If DDR can make it in, then so can Wii Fit though I wouldn't go to a GYM to do such exercise, I'd just do it at home. We live on a semi-big piece of land and we made our own little walking trail which is a quarter of a mile. I want to get back into walking on it and dieting this summer.
