I know it doesn't sound possible but I'm just wondering if it Is possible I know they are on different architectures and stuff but the CELL processor is Wicked powerful and the Wii was the weakest out of the three and it would make the ps3 is a pretty good game player... i know this is a stupid thread so you dont need to tell me.

Chances of Dolphin working on PS3.
Likely.
Chances of Dolphin being playable on PS3.
Unlikely.

Technically, the Wii can be emulated on the PS3.
But don't expect any performance.

Cause emulation isn't just "Machine X has X power and machine Y has far less power then machine X so machine X can emulate machine Y"

The 3DS is a hell of a lot more powerful then the PSP yet N64 emulation isn't possible on the 3DS but it is on the PSP.
The PSP shares the same CPU with the N64, making emulation a lot less difficult.

The PSP has a lot less translating of code to do then a PS3 does for say, the Wii.

Look at how some PS2 games perform on PS3 sometimes they don't perform as well as they did on PS2 now wii emulation on xbox 360 that's bit more likely cuz there's closer in terms of architecture but still it won't run smooth at all
