First off you can use NUS downloader, there's a guide to it on this page of the forum. Secondly don't download them from sites. They could be corrupt. Thirdly, make sure you have a bootmii backup. There you go. I had to download my systemmenu from NUS downloader and I figured it out. I'll get the link in a sec...

There. Thanks to det1re for making it

The only thing I can imagine is that there is some issue with AnyRegion Changer.
Which issue do you mean?

BTW What would happen if i've installed the 3.2U instead the 3.2E?

why not take a pic, or list all your settings in Any Region Changer, Then someone might be able to help you better

Yesterday i reinstalled softmii and it didn't worked but today i've tried so at 8.am(UTC +1)
and it read 2 original discs but later i tried it with a backup and it said Disc Error Turn off your console....
Maybe my laser is just dirty? I'will buy a cleaning disc and try if it works.

Yesterday i installed softmii2.9.5 & i had softmii2.1.1. Now while installing cIOSrev7.wad it said ERROr(-1061) or something like this. Why?

EDIT:It read only one game every time. When it tried to read Legend of Zeda it said "Cannot read disc".
I think that it's something wrong with the system files.

Well i think you was right on the dirty lens, thats what it sounds like, sense you did manage to get it to read a disc atleast once or twice

So it's looking when it's trying to read the original NINJABREAD MAN game

so when it's trying to read the ninjabread man backup
s6302682.jpg

and so when it;s trying to read the original Legend of Zelda Twillight Princes game:

The game that i loaded on japanese system menu was a NTSC-U Naruto Clash of Ninja Revolution game.
Maybe some wads are damaged ?

Maybe this is one of the damaged wads, because when it tries to read every backup it says the same.

In the naruto iso i found the system menu wad v257 and these wads:

The game uses these wads?
When yes i think that some of this wads could be damaged and i want to reinstall them.
Could you say me which shouldn't i install on a PAL wii?
I know that i shouldn't install Forecast, news, photo and shopping.
