Hardware Wii Disc Light question

Hi guys, I was wondering if there is a way to Make the Wii Disc Light turn on permanently like this:



Without receiving a message and opening the Wii.

The Wii in that case isn't really "off", it's in standby mode. However, I think there's an app like this in the Homebrew Browser IIRC, however it's been ages since I've been there last so I'm not quite sure if that's right or not.

Oh I already used that app. I forgot the name of that app. I get an error when I use that app. Any other way?
