Hacking [Wii] Cracked Rock band DLC + PC tools

can someone pm me the whereabouts of this ? all torrents are dead and i cannot find it anywhere else.

i am looking for all 4 generations of dlc tools for the pc(to download all dlc and install to usb hdd)

i was only able to find the pc tools for the first two generations of dlc.
