I bought one 3rd party component cable from KMART had friggin lines NO SHIT
Then i bought another 3rd party from Harvey Norman same friggin lines NOSHIT
I havent tried a Nintendo cable cos the price is far to high for what you get NO SHIT

why are you buying crap from kmart and HV anyway?

no one else seems to have the problem so it's either their crappy cables OR it's your TV. you may also have a shielding problem your getting interference from other devices this is causing the lines I used to have that problem on my old palsonic heap of shit plasma which i've long gotten rid of NO SHIT

Why because i have a wife, 2 kids and a mortgage and minimum wages no overtime so dont go laughing at me because i have to make ends meet each week. Is that OK with you. Or do you have some other smartass comment to try and make yourself look good

I got this set from amazon, mainly to push me into the free shipping range, but they work great and are cheaper than the official ones. No lines or anything for me and I use a HDD and USB Network adapter.

best place to buy any types of cable (and gaming cable) for cheap is at monoprice.com....Wii Component cable are about 10/shipped and the quality is great.

I got mine from monoprice and the picture looks a lot better on my 32" LCD. My friend also bought his dad the monoprice cables and he said it was amazing on his 52". I also snagged a hdmi for the ps3 as well and it also does it's job. I also helped do a home theatre with monoprice cables. I would recommend them any day of the week.
