Homebrew Wii classic controller not working on nintendont

Hello guys, im trying to play some GC games with my wii classic controller but its not working. I tried metroid prime 1 and zelda collection, the game opens but the control just dont seem to work when the game boots, y'know that 4 four lights? Take a look, the light whos supposed to be on in the first square its lit in the fourth square

Yeah I am having the same issue I thought it might be the native controller setting being on but it was off. I am getting the same results as you
