Hacking Wii backup is Blurry

Is there any way to fix this?

Im using Memorex Dvd-r's, Neogamma, And my wii is 4.2 PAL, and the iso i was trying to load was NTSC, does that have any effect on what the problem is?

If the video output from the game is blurry it is probably because you are running it in NTSC on a PAL system using the original videocables, not what brand of disc you use.
Get some component-cables (best) or a RGB-scart-cables for a drastic improvement in image.
