Currently on 3.2e with hbc and was wandering whether to update to 4.0 as people are saying its the new 3.2 ? If so i would like to have the necessary ios etc any ideas thanks ps i did downgrade from 3.3e in hope i could play ssbb but to no avail

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
