So I'm assuming it's a fighting game?

From the trailer it looks like Power Rangers meets Godzilla.

i thought it was kamen rider at first from looking at the thumbnail but its the ultraman type stuff.

It can't really be called a fighting game, I assure you of that; I played the first one and this looks like the exact same game with an Ultraman overdose added on because of the movie that recently came out in Japan, "Daikaiju Battle: Ultra Galaxy Legend the Movie". It's not a fighting game, but at the same time it's not an action game...I don't know what the heck you'd call it actually, but I do know that the game play is a wagglefest. The most it can ever be is subtly entertaining.
