watch out it bricks!!
Warning: Spoilers inside!
Only if you install it as a channel
Really only English?
who cares, "If it's any good like the GB version i'm gonna like it (else it goes on the stack of trash games to decorate a wall)
I wonder why it was released more than a week after street date.
*Makes ooooohing noise* can't wait to try this =D I loved the game on Nes but never really got very far! I hope this is easier lol. I feel it is an interesting concept for a game!
Very late release, but for sure a must for me!
English only. But come on, there's is no text in this game, excepting "Checking Wii memory" or "Do you want a save file to be created". Not really difficult to understand...
Awesome, the NSTC-U version was around 1.2 GB scrubbed, so can't wait for the PAL scrubbed version to appear.
Can you not just STOP posting this in every damn game thread? Do you think that posting this every time is going to make it "appear" faster or that anyone reading gives a shit about how much you fornicate over scrubbed images?
Let me put this another way, in case you still cannot, for some reason, understand what I'm getting at:
Warning: Spoilers inside!
EDIT: Nevermind, admin took care of it.
As the spoiler says, don't make a channel for it as the NTSC version produces a malformed banner (or something like that) so you'll banner brick your console. I assume this PAL version will do the same but I'm certainly not going to test the theory myself
Meh, either way the game works at least with disc loading and I'm pretty sure with USB loading. You can take the extra 5 seconds to load it through USB Loader.
Odds are the versions are identical outside of the video mode so it will brick Wiis.
Other than those things, I thought it was pretty good. I'm past the first boss (I haven't played it in a bit) and the only annoying thing is occasionally the controls (since some things need unforgiving precision) and the Blob AI. Still a fun puzzle/platformer.
Even with Loadstructor?
No, it's Multi-5.
Lazy b*tches never check the languages on the disc.
that's the program that was used when this was 1st discovered BY ME.
so... if I load this game through the homebrew channel, using a .dol, I'm safe from bricking?
thanks in advance
What's the disc Id of the game?
I'll block it so that it's not usable with Crap.
ps: just blocking SBLP5G and SBLJ5G just in case...
Is anyone else getting the same issue I'm getting on Part 2, level 9 when playing via USB?
There's a cave with glittery stars that you need to enter to get to the 2nd(?) treasure chest (you head off to the left side of the level from the start and enter the cave after a really high jump up to a ledge - the cave is off to the right). It brings up a brief animated sequence that appears whenever the game is loading anything and then the game just freezes on a black screen. I've tried it using USB Loader GX and NeoGamma and the error happens on both. I've deleted the game off the drive and reinstalled it and it still does it. I've even extracted the game back off the drive to an ISO image (using WBFS Manager 3.0) from my 1st install and the 2nd install and checked both copies to make sure there wasn't any corruption going on (got CRC 839C97F6 both times).
I played the game off a DVD-R and it loads the sub-section where the treasure is without any problem whatsoever so I've managed to get past that section of the game now but there's definitely some sort of issue with it when I try it via USB. Luckily I keep DVD-R copies of everything just in case as otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get any further with the game!
