No, it was released on the virtual console today in the US. The game was never brought to America until today, so the Japanese boxart is all there is.James B. said:Sorry -- I didn't use sarcasm right.

This game came out on the NES yeaaaars ago (1988), and was due to come out in America, but was banned for obvious reasons!!
You play a baby out to rescue other babies from some demons of some sort. You go around a world filled with Sweets/cakes etc, chomping your way through as a baby, and hitting enemies with your rattle/bottle. You can get a power up that makes your character UPA the baby standup and run about all trippy :-/
It was banned, not only for the content, but also because it conflicted with the release of the Mario games in the US.

One of the longest times between a US and Japan release was the original unmodified Super Mario Bros 2. Took slightly over 21 years from its FDS version to the US VC.

It's not like they're complaining that their Slurpee is 99% ice or something, but if the cocktail calls for "shot of vodka, shot of vermouth, shot of gin, shot of Campari, three shots of juice, squirt of lemon" and ends up being a thimbleful of booze, that's a problem. -

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
