Hacking wifi pictochat

is it possible for a homebrew that allows you to use pictochat over the internet, somewhat like aim and other instant messengers??

the only wifi pictochat i have found is in the rom 42-in-1 but it only works with friend codes. non friend world wide games only feature canned messages you can select and send. i have never come across a homebrew app that does this.

There is a fairly new application as mentioned above, Wotochat.

Try it out, it is the same as Pictochat, except you need to host a server on a computer.

or using the rom GAME i meant game. Diary Girl (from what I hear, it may have been removed from the actual game) which has a voice chat/pictochat which is better than most homebrews out there but people may make fun of you for doing so lol.
