if you mean switching CFW, just put ReiNand's files on your microSD card and use it. all of them share the same emunand.

system transfer might be able to do it, but it could possibly cause a black screen on New3DS emunand until you reset the home menu.

if you don't want to do that, then back up your saves, install your games on the New3DS, and restore the saves?

id have to redownload the games lol. It would be a pain in the rear.
