Why is it not tuesday 85.7142857% of the time

Can someone please tell me why is it not tuesday 85.7142857% of the time in a week instead of the 14.2857142% of time in a week that it usually is

because Tuesday appears every 1 in 7 days. there's 6 other days to go through as well.

if Tuesday appeared for 6 days, what would the one day be?

b) you are observing it from a single location. https://what-if.xkcd.com/48/ for a variation on the theme, or in this case start in the furthest time zone (14 hours ahead of GMT I believe to put you in the Kiritimati, Christmas Island at the start and then via a trip you could end up in Baker Island which is 12 hours behind GMT)

c) you are not doing anything fun with relativity and time dilation. In fact you could probably measure it on the trip you would be taking if you had an atomic clock.
