Update: 2. The seller have "shipped" my order now. I searched the tracking id on track17 and see some traces of it beeing sent with EMS. The tracking ID ends with: "CN" wich means its sent from china...

In Sweden you are. If the price is too good to be true, you should have known better (Yes, this is a courtcase on this).
I think it have to do with court to court to be perfectly honest.

Breath of the Wild $2 edition has shipped.

There is no tracking, but it is being delivered by USPS.

At least that Mr. Vahe seems more legit than the Trent Kite I bought my BOTW from. He is actually selling 3ds's for their value.

Tracking still shows that I'm supposed to be receiving it today. Item has not moved at all from Amazon's tracking. I'm already getting my refund, and I really doubt I'm receiving anything even if it is from China since there's also no change from China's ems tracking.
