I mean, I can read a lot of messages about ppl being banned but I'm not banned and I use TX since day 1 as long as layerfs

I play online ONLY with my own MK8 dump with my private certificate. I am playing online with TX CFW, when I'm done playing online with my own dump, I put my switch to airplane mode for playing my backups & using HB.

So far, i'm not banned yet

But seriously they tend to do these things in waves judging from the past so never coubt your chickens. Enjoy whilst it lasts.

Edit: might get a stay of execution if you're using your own dumps and NOT illegal backups.

I don't use devmenu and using homebrew only offline.

Because it's just fear mongering and all currently banned people did something stupid (custom error codes, playing pirated games online, etc.). I do the same thing as you OP and I'm not banned ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Have you actually used LayeredFS or just SX OS?

There are a LOT of people in the same situation as you. You may or may not be on a banwave list, nobody knows but Nintendo. The vast majority of people who are banned either played online with invalid or duplicate certs, or they used LayeredFS.

My best advice is to stay away from LayeredFS, if you're on a future ban list there's nothing you can do about it, so just enjoy using SX OS like you already have been. Enjoy it while it lasts. Worst case scenario if you get banned you can buy a replacement Switch tablet on eBay, they're a lot cheaper without the joycons and accessories.
