Isn't it kind of annoying that HBC freezes on certain apps when a memory card is inserted in slot 2. What's the point of limiting slot 2 use to USB gecko now that there is real SD slot support? I usually keep both GC memory cards plugged in, and it's a pain to take memory card 2 out every time I want to run something.

GeckoOS can run as an app from the HBC. What's the point of still using GC memory slot 2 for that stupid old device?

USB gekko is the best way to debug applications, it's not a *stupid* device

just keep in mind, homebrew channel is not only for users but also for devs

and we could return the question thuis way: "What's the point of still using stupid GC memory card in Wii homebrew apps when sdcard is available ?"

No, I don't know how it's any more useful than a simple SD card. Care to enlighten?
You are mixing up SD Gecko and USB Gecko. They are named similar, but completely different in what they are and what they do.
