Had a wii a while back but traded it for a RROD 360 before the softmods got big (Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King had just come out).
Got a 360 at some point after that (different one). Mainly because I had the cash and a friend was selling it. Probably the best experience with a console I ever had, though it got better when I bought a JTAG console later (had accidentally updated my 360 while waiting for JTAG to mature by sticking another hard drive on it).
I suppose a few months back I got a Wii. This mainly as it and a whole bunch of games, couple of wiimotes and some other stuff were going for £15. I had a gamecube throughout all of it and it has mostly been used for gamecube games so eh.
Similarly I had a DS from fairly early on and I did pick up some DS lites when I saw them going cheap at car boot sales.
Didn't feel compelled to get a PS4, xbone, Wii U, Switch or 3ds -- either no games or very few games, most of which lack even a fraction of the charm of the PS360 era.
