Hacking white screen

hi when i click nintendo ds profile to go into gateway modei get white screen come up slow and just locks there any i dear i am useing the sd card that came with the 3ds but sometimes it do it and some times go straight to gateway mode could it be the sd card

possibly although usually it would be a black screen or a greay stripy screen it crashes on....try another SD card and see how it goes i know some SD cards cause problems more than others but there no real order to it, but if its a normal 3DS i have noticed the 2GB toshiba cards can be a bit hit n miss when it come to using them with gateway

yeah its like a grey stripy screen and yes its an 2gb toshiba sd card that come with the 3ds

Try a different SD card in the 3DS's SD slot.
