My friend recently purchased a second hand Dsi XL off ebay and it came with a R4 SDHC OS Happybox but today it has decided to start throwing up white screen errors when trying to launch the card (Alex Rider Stormbreaker) I've tried to diagnose the issue myself but failed to find resolution.
I have tried setting the devices clock back, im unable to find any potential kernal files for the card but I must admit I have had a large mount of confusion trying to identify the card and files needed.
I have attached an image of the card.
