Homebrew Question White screen hardware or software?

Hello to every one i have buyed a switch with a cartridge problem i thinked the problem is that when you insert a game then you got a error screen software was closed would you send .... bla bla . Or a frozen white screen.
So i thinked was the cartridge i buyed a neue cartridge and replaced and got the same problem then i have maked a nand backup and tried hekate/ kosmos /atmosphere same thing than i tried to install a nsp with goldleaf and tinfoil i can install the game but when i try to play then i got error messages cant start the software or software was closed or the game start then the switch freeze at logo with artefact . What can be the problem hardware or software any ideas ?

If you have a nand backup which you got before this problem happened,restore it.
If software is the problem,that will fix it.

Update i have fixed the console the problem was hardware .the solution cpu reflow and works yet

Yes with a cpu reflow
