Ive had a really good read about but keep finding conflicting information in which should be used. Ive tried OurLoader so far and that just gives me a white hanging screen. Spiik just goes back to home page and still wont launch the dvd that still appears as a ? and i am unsure on using Regionhax as it dosent seem to be for Haxchi? Ive even read that Haxchi region patches out the box but this dosent seem to be the case.

I would really appeciate any feedback. I do not use cold boot Haxchi.

Thanks.

Would really appreciate help on this as just going round and round in circles rereading the same things online.

iirc, regionhax is still present even after a coldboot. I'm not sure what else to try other than that. some games require the right language be set in system settings or they won't work.

Haxchi does region patch but only for nand/usb installed games. What you need to do is run ourloader first then select spiik select region as jap and language as jp and your disc will then load.

Basically what is happening is the disc is looking for a Japanese language pack a usa/euro wiiu does not have the jap language pack the disc is looking for. So running ourloader removes the region lock on the disc then spiik has the needed language pack for the disc to run that is why you need to run both programs.

All working at last :)

I went with a combination of regionhax and spiik and this got my USA disc playing. Was playing but crashing until i got spiik in on the action.

Thanks for the help.

This is when it all clicked into place for me. Thanks very much, was driving me bonkers all week :)
