Hacking Which program to compile WiiFlow 4.2.1 (r441)?

I want to change the boot animation in Wiiflow 4.2.1 (r441) - I already read the thread for this.

But I can't figure out which Devkit/Libogc is the right one I need for this version of WiiFlow...

I am using Win8. I tried DevkitPro 4.1.5 and every Libogc I could find until the newest...

Could someone PLEASE, PLEASE tell me what I am missing?
