Well, offer 1 is still better as you can get Cubic Ninja (via the Sky3DS cart), which is great as you never know when you will need it again for a friend or yourself (if you ever get another 3ds for some reason or the 9.2 upgrade fails)

If the 9.2 downgrade fails (I have had it happen more than once) then you may need Cubic Ninja via the Sky3DS blue cart if you are in a situation in which you cannot finish the downgrade (can't launch homebrew or system menu does not boot). In this situation, you will need to use recovery to update to 10.7 then try again to downgrade to 9.2.

When I buy the new 3DS with 10.5 for 120€ and 16€ for the 64GB SD Cart ,it would be 136€. So if Downgrade and Installation of CFW work,I can also play any 3DS games.

For offer 1 I would pay 160€. Its a difference of 24€ for nothing & I would only have a 32GB SD Card. And IF I would downgrade this via Sky3DS & Cubic Ninja,I wouldnt need the Sky3DS anymore....

Second one, cheaper and can use free homebrew entry points to downgrade (menuhax) to 9.2. If it bricks say it was like that when you got it. (Maybe you'll get lucky with a refund)

This is an assumption and is only true if you do A9LH.

if you stick to just CFW, you will need Cubic Ninja in the event that you accidentally update SysNAND, Need to downgrade a friend's console, or Nintendo figures out how to cause the updater to update SysNAND while inside EmuNAND, which I think is very possible if Nintendo does a 2 Stage update with the first stage rebooting out of EmuNAND and into SysNAND.

In this case, you will regret not having it. also, you will regret not having it if the 9.2 downgrade does not go smoothly and you need to update to 10.7 to try again.

you could always sell the Sky3DS to a friend to pay for a 128GB MicroSD Card and skip getting a 64GB one.
This way you can borrow it from he/she if you need it for any reason.

this is the best deal, the 32GB Sandisk and Sky3DS Blue are worth quite a bit more than the 30€ difference from the 110€ deal.

you can either sell or keep both the Sandisk 32GB and the Sky3DS Blue if you do not need them and get more than 30€ from them.

So to your option "New 3DS with 9.6 and 64GB SD Card" for 132+16=148€" is better then "New 3DS with 10.7 +Sky3DS blue+32GB SD Card" for 160€.

The problem is that there is only a difference of 12€.

Maybe, but you could sell the Sky3DS after downgrading and make some of the money back so it's up to you really.
Just be careful of where you buy SD cards from. 3rd party sellers on Amazon and eBay sell a lot of fake cards, best buy directly from Amazon or a well known store (physical or online), and especially avoid buying SD cards from China/Hong Kong.

I would go for the first option since it's the cheapest and there's not much difference between them.
Edit: Didn't notice that the last option had a Sky3DS cart, that's probably the best value then, but then again you'll probably only need the Sky3DS cart once. But you could probably get €30 back for it if you sell it.
