I had a tough time picking my version but I ended up getting Time because Lucario > Mewtwo for me. Anyways, you can get Mewtwo from Wondermail later when the code is released.

GameSpot's top DS games list was showing Darkness being more popular, so I went with Time (just like I went with Pearl over Diamond).
