Hacking Which flashcart should I get?

I'm after a decent Slot-1 flashcart for my DS. I'm looking for something that isn't too expensive (£20-30 max.), that has good commercial ROM compatibility, and good homebrew compatibility too. Download Play isn't a bother with me, I don't care if that works or not.

Does anybody have any recommendations for me?
