IOS254 isn't a cIOS, use cIOS249 rev14 unless you want to load MPT or brawl from disc, otherwise use rev10
Those options are not what to install, but what IOS to use to install the cIOS. What guide are you using?
It won't work unless you have a trucha'd IOS already, if you do, select that IOS.

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)+1 -

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
