Which Android emulator would you recommand me?

Hello
So yea, there's that program in Quebec that allows us to stream tv content we recorded to an android phone
But the thing is, I love watching tv while playing
So, on a phone, it would be a bit... idk...
I won'T really be able to watch it
I tryed finding it on Microsoft Store, but it seems it isn't available on it
All I know is that it is on Google Play Store and only available on smartphone/tablet
So, which Android emulator would you recommand me for that usage?

Mom's has only 150GB of bandwidth and I think I consumed lot of it during my trip to her house

Its a big one, regardless its 100% compatible with whatever you want to install it.
Even heavy games it runs.

Out of the box? No, you have to open a menu and enable it yourself.
IT IS included however, but because they don't want to be sued, the user has to enable it himself/herself.

What exactly do you mean by "which emulator"? There's only one that works afaik and that's Bluestacks.

No it isnt. I use Nox, Bluestacks and MEmu all 3 work fine.

Never heard of those, even when doing a deep search (I'm talking three solid hours, almost triple digit pages on google search results) I've literally never seen those other two anywhere, not even on piracy sites.
