Where to watch Doraemon ?

Well yeah i am close to getting 25 still i Love Doraemon ^^
Sadly except for the Movies i can't really find much (okay i am reading the Manga ...) but i would love to actually watch the TV series.

Only thing i could found was one of those "watch Anime online" sites that had it in Chinese with Chinese sub ... and hell the problem wasn't even the Chinese sub but that awfull sounding language, i just can't listn to that ^^V

If anyone know about some place where i could watch or maybe some private tracker that has it or whatever ....
I am even thinking of buying that DVD collection i found some dead download links from

Well raw would be sufficient to as long as its Japanese and not chinese

as i am learning Japanese i think i could understand enough.
