Hacking Where to start with this ?

I have an acekard 2i I got from a local good will but I don't know that much about this card. I haven't used it yet I want some info to look over I'm sure it needs a software or something besides just nds files.

Anyone got a guide or any info about how to use this? I know its for older DS or DSi. It says 3ds but alot dont recommend using it I do know the 3ds I have are updated so can't use with it.

The GBAtemp wiki should explain everything and provides a working link to the last (v1.9.0) AKAIO software.

Unpack AKAIO.1.9.0.rar to the root directory of your FAT32 formatted microSD and add ROMs and/or homebrew software in folders as you like.

It is a pretty good flashcart (in my opinion at least), but sadly the Acekard team gave up/vanished before Nintendo gave up blocking DS-flashcarts. Acekard 2i is blocked on latest DSi firmware 1.4.5 and on any 3DS firmware higher than 4.3.0. Installing custom firmware on the console will unblock it.

it only works up to 1.4.4 (DSi).
The team didn't stop development of updates because they gave up but because the flash memory of the card is too small for the roms they'd have to spoof.
