ROM Hack Where to find Mario Kart 7 text?

I've been looking all though the filesystem, to find everything but text files. (which are .msbt, correct me if I'm wrong)
Could someone tell me where to find the files that hold text? Thanks

UI/Common-XX.szs -> the 5KB file is the msbt

How did you replace the images for CTGP - 7? I tried using png2bclim, but the game crashes when I replace the .bin file
