Where to find legal pokemon for Diamond and Pearl?

Is there anywhere I can find legal pokemon for Diamond and Pearl? I recall for Sword and Shield there was something called RoCs-PC-master that had a bunch of legal pokemon files you could just drag and drop into PKHex. I get an error message when I try to use those files on Diamond and Pearl. Maybe someone could point me in the right direction, thanks.
