Hacking where the hell is "cht2supercardcheat.exe"

You first format your cheats a certain way and save it as a text file. You then use ar2cht to turn it into a *.cht file, and then use cht2supercardcheat to turn it into an *.scc file ready for the Supercard to use. A bit cumbersome, but very flexible in terms of customizing your cheats.
