Hey peeps! I just got an RCM Loader from… somewhere(?) I don’t know where. The jig in the back doesn’t work no matter what I do. I’ll try and get some pictures of it. Thanks!

If pins 1 and 10 jig doesn't work you, you can try pins 7 and 10 jigs.

Did you put it in the right side of the Switch?
Did you also press the VOL + button when powering up?
Did you also put the right/latest payload on RCMLoader?
When they are sold, they usually contain no payload.

The last two is irrelevant for the time being and yes, I did put it on the right rail and held VOL + when powering on.

I know 1 and 10 work because an old paperclip jig I made worked sometimes but it did work.

Those are usually reliable, you can try to carefully bend the pins out more.
