Hacking Where is StreetPass Mii Plaza save?

Hi I want to extract the plaza save (e.g. the 6 mini game progresses, the mii met) and inject that to my other 3DS. I reckon this is not doable via SDF as the save is in the FAT16 partition?

So does anyone know which file(s?) contains the save? Thank you!
