Gaming Where is Dgamer in Toy Story 3

My son is trying to get to Dgamer in Toy Story 3, but we can't find it. I keep reading online that it is a prominent part of the game, but I still can't figure out how to get to it. Anyone know?

normally dgamer should be located before you start the game (title menu)

pretty sure dgamer is a US-only thing(atleast it was for spectrobes: beyond the portal) and the only version of toy story 3 i could find info about on gbatemp was a european version.
